Hybrid – Disappear Here, new album out March 29th, 2010
Disappear Here is Hybrid's fourth studio album. Work on the album had taken 2 years and recordings were only finished in October, 2009. [1] The album was mainly created at a studio called The Priory, UK, and the album's style has been described as more live band approach. The album is also introducing singer/song writer Charlotte James, as the new third member of Hybrid. [2]. James had worked before with Hybrid on the song "The Formula of Fear”, which was released as a single by Distinct'ive Breaks in 2008. John Graham has also been confirmed to be involved with the album. [3] The album was officially revealed on October 12th, 2009. [4] Though Hybrid had been working with famed film composer Harry Gregson-Williams, he didn’t return for this album, instead Andrew Skeet returned for the strings composition. Skeet had previously worked with Hybrid during the recordings for Morning Sci-Fi. [5] The album is being promoted by Distinctive Records, who have created a website especially for the album, as well as releasing three videos on the making of the album. They can be viewed at the website. [6] The album's first single "Break My Soul” was given away for free at the album's website and on Hybrid's own website [7], and was officially released as a single on March 8th, 2010.[8] The album is set for release on March 29th, 2010. [9]
